As a superintendent, Cody Spriggs thrives on tackling new challenges and finding innovative solutions. After joining Bacon in 2017, with 7 years of experience in the trade leading up to his 2024 Journeyman license, Cody transitioned into his management role, committed to driving growth and advancement in the industry.
Mason Pikulinski began his plumbing career at Bacon in 2016, earning his Journeyman license in 2019 and his Master Plumber’s license in 2024. As the Construction Manager, Mason combines the ability to deliver results with the personal touch of a close-knit team. His passion for the industry lies in mentoring and developing teams, shaping the future of the next generation of plumbing leaders.
With over 30 years of experience in the plumbing industry, including 15 years of MedGas endorsement, Tommy Hathway has been a key player in industry development. Since joining Bacon in 2016 as a superintendent, Tommy has been a driving force in maintaining excellence within the trade.
Nick Martin joined Bacon in 2019, bringing 10 years of experience both in the field and in the office. 6 years later as a Senior Estimator, Nick enjoys being the key balance between site and office work.
